I have never had such a terrible experience. I am unable to stand and need a wheelchair with a leg extension. My leg my be elevated out straight. They still can't seem to help me after 8 days without help. Now the branch manager will have to call because they have never had this problem before. Hate to say but in 2010 I was in a similar situation after an accident they were able to get a leg extension. Only one on my insurance. Do not use them, you are better off buying one on your own.
