The tech that came to set up the equipment was very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained the equipment well and answered any questions I had.
Thanks Apria health, they got my approval for my CPAP machine in less than 12 hours. Great communication and friendly, Human customer service. They even offered me Pick up from their local location as I was in a hurry to get it.

Apria is a terribly managed company. If you need to speak to someone, they send you to the Middle East for them to lie to you & give the wrong ETA’s on deliveries, all day long. Anything for them to save a buck. They’re short staffed on delivery drivers & the customer is the one who has to suffer… Pay your employees a livable wage & maybe you’ll attract dependable employees, but that takes from the owners lining their own pockets… Apria is terrible & unfortunately there are very few alternatives for medical equipment.
