The worse company to deal with ever! Office manager will not work with you! Ordered supplies and Medicare denied because their company did not code correctly and they never invoiced me , just sent a $976 bill to a debt collector! Please stay away from this company!
Awful awful company. No ethics. They tried to bill me in full for a cpap I put half money down and could not work with their billing partner to correct. This went on for months. They kept sending me bills for the full amount. Then sent it to a collection agency. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!
Very rude and mean people my mother in Moselle used them and they decided after they got what they could out of insurance and my mother they dropped her!!!
This is a joke for a company. My doctor sent in a new prescription for a new cpap machine in June and I have not received it yet. When I call, they say it's on back order or just won't answer the phone. I need my cpap machine and they are playing games with my equipment. I am going to turn them in to my doctor and ask them to change companies.
