Apria has the worst customer service I have ever delt with. I have just spent three hours being transferee back and forth between the same three departments with no resolution.
This company should be shut down. My first incidence with them, they were trying to say that the insurance did not pay the claim, and the insurance did. It took 9 months to clear the bill, because they keep insisting they were not payed by the insurance. I changed to Community Surgical Supplies, and a much better experience. I moved to another state, and had a new doctor. Out of my doctor's suggestion, I decided to give Apria Health another chance. Terrible idea. They could not handle a change of address. The original and then replacement masks they sent were the wrong type Then they said that they couldn't send a third one without the consent of a respiratory therapist. They said a respiratory therapist would call me, which never happened.
The machine is perfect. Quiet. And works well as directed
