I went to the business on Wednesday; they claimed that they did not have any of the monitors for an overnight oxygen level observation at that location, & that it would have to be delivered. It was to be delivered the next day; it wasn't. Then the NEXT day; it wasn't. Finally got it delivered the 3rd day. After completing the test & calling for them to pick the unit up, they have called every day of this week to say that they would be by to pick it up.
