I transitioned to hospice. A hospital bed with rails was supposed to be delivered to my house. The bed was delivered and the rails were forgotten. The rails took an addition 18 hours to be delivered. By then I had already fallen out of the bed. My family contacted Apria several times, they stated that it would be delivered by 8am, 9am, 11am, 2pm, 4pm, 5pm. In the end it was delivered at 5:30pm. Completely unacceptable.
