Good communication, used multiple means to contact me, pleasant customer service, quick delivery of apparatus.
Missed the phone call from Apria but could make out from the voicemail that I was supposed to return something within 5 days. Have no idea what that is, I have not received any bills or anything. Received my machine on 7/6 randomly and today, 7/11, I received a shipment email with the tracking… useless. Seems like poor communication from this company.
