Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
