Don't know what is going on in this office but it's going downhill quickly. Called in my hubby s order 2.5 weeks ago and it never arrived. So I call this office again and they tell me, oh it was never ordered. So they just ordered it 2.5 weeks later and it's only 2 weeks till I'll be placing Mays order, which is when April's order will now arrive. How can they expect a trach and ventilator patient to go without their supplies. They need to get their acts together and quick. I'm sick of companies doing this. This is the 2nd c... read more

Warning! This company sends constant phone calls by automated voice messaging, and will harrass you a couple times a day. I have attempted several times to discontinue these very annoying phone calls, but you can not get a HUMAN to speak to, the phone disconnects, and you don't get a chance to STOP these calls! I need the CPAP equipment, but I DO NOT NEED CONSTANT CALLS! Now that they have my email, the JUNK MAIL will probably start too! This is very POOR customer service! Never had a CPAP company irritate me so much! NEVER!
