I would strongly urge anyone that has Apria pick up their equipment to make sure you have their representative sign a receipt for pickup since they don't offer one. After picking up all our three pieces of equipment they later claimed they only got two. I've had three phone calls with Apria with long hold periods and two different representatives admitting that they located the missing piece of equipment.
