I’d I could give no stars I would. We needed a bilirubin light for our baby and they kept telling us and the doctors office they were on the way. Never saw them ever! because of their terrible communication and basically not caring it was after closing time. We had little option and our doctor was saying we needed to go to the NICU now. I'm surprised this place is even in business. We had to get bilirubin lights for our baby. The guy they sent out gave us no instructions on how to use it. When we didn't need them anymore we went to return them. No record of us having them. So we had to fill out more paperwork. Now they call us everyday saying we need to return the lights. I've told them multiple times I've returned them but still they badger us. I'm afraid to see the bill from this horribly managed and run business. Do not do business here. My mom had surgery on a Monday they were supposed to deliver her wheelchair the Friday before. They did not.. Then they are not open on Mondays. We had to call around to find another wheel chair after buying one from these crooks.
The Logan, UT group are very willing to help. I agree the phone protocol for the initial scheduling is ridiculous. Once you have the local numbers things go much more smoothly.
They are AWFUL!!! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They messed up my order, and only filled 1/2 of the equipment I needed. Which is kind of a big deal, because not only did I not have the equipment for SECERAL days, but they had to resubmit it to my insurance. They have no clue! They don’t even understand how insurance companies work. I tried telling them that I have met my max out of pocket, only for them to tell me that I have to meet the family out of pocket. um, no.
