Just spent 38 minutes on the phone listening to the same two messages over and over, ad infinitum! After a statement that states that Apria is experiencing a large amount of call traffic today and if you wish to be connected with a receptionist press "zero", if not stay on the line to preserve your place in line. Press ZERO to your hearts content, you'll just be circled back into, "we are experiencing a high volume ---------. Spent most of yesterday, May 28, 2013, at various times trying to order some air hoses and water bot... read more

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
