The first Therapist I met was very friendly and helpful. Went back a second time as the nasal pillows were not working for me. The second Therapist was NOT helpful or friendly. Dealing with this company is not easy as you can not call the local store directly. You are forced to deal with their "Central Office", who will send messages to the local store if they feel it's necessary.
