My Dr. for the longest time had a large orange sign apologising for apria in advance! Worst co ever! No service and no integrity. Slighted my credit when I returned the equipment and totally unresponsive. How do they stay in business??
Apria Healthcare SUCKS! My doctor submitted my 'perscription' in July and now, mid-December, still no supplies have been delivered to me. Then, I call to inquire why and, after BEING ON HOLD FOR OVER ONE HOUR, I HUNG UP! THEY ARE IMPACTING MY HEALTH BY NOT DELIVERING MY CPAP SUPPLIES - WHICH MEANS THEY ARE LITERALLY KILLING ME!
