They charge the insurance price for products if you havent met your deductible yet, and not the retail pricing available on their website. Blatant price gouging.
I found this vendor difficult to work with regard to communication and customer service compared to similar companies who were friendly, accommodating and willing to problem-solve.
I'm not your customer and yet you call me all the time! Today you called during my church service. How very rude! Stop calling me! You may not want to buy or give these bozos your phone number. They will call again and again and not remove you from their call lists!
The billing department is absolutely atrocious to work with. They have billed me directly without billing my insurance, which was later corrected. Then they billed me again for an invoice that had already been paid. Every time I have called their billing department I am outsourced to a foreign country call center, who has no clue whatsoever.
