I'm not your customer and yet you call me all the time! Today you called during my church service. How very rude! Stop calling me! You may not want to buy or give these bozos your phone number. They will call again and again and not remove you from their call lists!
The billing department is absolutely atrocious to work with. They have billed me directly without billing my insurance, which was later corrected. Then they billed me again for an invoice that had already been paid. Every time I have called their billing department I am outsourced to a foreign country call center, who has no clue whatsoever. Attempted to delivery device without me knowing it was even ordered or the cost. Have been playing phone tag with staff to make appointment for a week. Terrible communication! Very limited availability for any appointment.
Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences of my life. At first everything went smooth and seemed to be going well. Once the contract was signed everything went to hell. They use a billing service that is based over seas and are completely incompetent. Very poor communication throughout the entire process. I was not given clear information about the delivery date or time, and the customer service representative seemed uninformed, asking me questions that I expected them to answer. The delivery driver arrived without notice and made excessive excuses. Fortunately, I happened to be home. When I called for help with setup, I was transferred three times before finally speaking with someone who could assist with the equipment.
