It's been a nightmare dealing with Apria in Corpus Christi!!! They're customer service people are rude and do not deliver on their word!!! My Mom is literally running out of oxygen and they keep making us jump through hoops even though insurance cover ALL the products needed!!! Apria San Antonio ALWAYS came through as promised, unfortunately, not their Corpus Christi branch.

I had been a long time (over 10 years) customer and have been very frustrated and disappointed with service since I returned to Minneapolis. I have needed and been qualified for a new Cpap machine. It took three faxes (me calling my doctor, calling them back, etc., etc.) for them to 'get' the prescription. THEN they needed doctor's notes. Made an appointment so we would have new notes. Apria has cost me moré stress. Customer service is pist poor. I will sue due to stress.
