Update: So the generic response from the owner was just that. I have sent three emails and still no response. No wonder there rated a 2.6!. Avoid this place at all cost!!! If I could rate it zero stars I would. My doctor put a prescription in for a shower chair in October. Very pleasant and items delivered quickly
Ordered much needed cpap supplies and after 2 weeks called to get a tracking number and of course my order was never placed!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING ??!! THEIR ENTIRE BUSINESS IS SUPPLIES YET THEY CAN’T EVEN GET THAT DONE! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU CAN BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR YEARS AND NO SOLUTION IN SIGHT!
Rented a wound vac.or say hospital did for me..now they can't bill it right . I have nys insurance from my career They send insurance lump sum bill.amt owed. I am being told it's being handled Insurance needs it broke down per day..billing department clueless ..cant break down bill..no cooperation from apria. Take me to court. Called to pick up wound vac..took forever also..I did receive a call from apria now
