Very pleasant and items delivered quickly
Ordered much needed cpap supplies and after 2 weeks called to get a tracking number and of course my order was never placed!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING ??!! THEIR ENTIRE BUSINESS IS SUPPLIES YET THEY CAN’T EVEN GET THAT DONE! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU CAN BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR YEARS AND NO SOLUTION IN SIGHT!
Rented a wound vac.or say hospital did for me..now they can't bill it right . I have nys insurance from my career They send insurance lump sum bill.amt owed. I am being told it's being handled Insurance needs it broke down per day..billing department clueless ..cant break down bill..no cooperation from apria. Take me to court. Called to pick up wound vac..took forever also..I did receive a call from apria now

Awful customer service. I got a new style of mask and headgear. The strap to keep the headgear on was not included. Falls off multiple times a night and loses seal, rendering my CPAP useless. I call to have them send me the strap, I was told that I could buy it. I told them no, it wasn't included in my order, and they told me I wasn't eligible for new supplies. Wouldn't make it right by mailing the strap out. Lost a customer over a $20 error on their end. Most frustrating phone call ever. A supervisor was supposed to call me... read more
