No issues. Efficient and effective service
My husband and I have had very negative experience with Apria. The customer service is terrible. The billing system is broken. Overall, I’d say Apria is hostile to customers.
After receiving cpap supplies, I was billed over the 20 percent they can bill even you have medicare, the order was wrong, and this wasn’t the only time, their customer service was no help and tried everything to justify the additional charges, this place has been nothing but trouble since the beginning, go elsewhere, purchase your supplies online through other providers, do anything else but avoid this organization.
