Got talked down to for having the audacity to call after a week of no word on if my prescription had even been received. Then after I finally got an appointment for a fitting the next week they forgot they had nobody scheduled to do fittings and only bothered to tell me when I showed up and had to reschedule 5 days later. don't put your health in these people's hands, go anywhere else.
Onboarding a new customer was problematic. Took them 10 days to get insurance approval should really only be one day. Representative was rude. Told me she called me three times. She must not understand caller ID. Also, she told me that they do they do not not bill the insurance for one-time purchase on a CPAP. They only will rent the machine. If u want your cpap machine asap because your dying at night and not breathing or sleeping because u have severe osa DONT use this company! They will sit on the prescription and tell you they r missing things from the doctor that the doctor says they sent to them already more than once and then they will say it was the insurance and u will give them the correct information more than once and they will continue to not bill the correct insurance. U will b dead from not breathing by the time u get it and thats if u ever get it.... read more
Terrible to work with. Will quote youba price and then charge three to four times the amount later. When you try to ask what the potential costs could be they completely lie and continue to bill over and over. They have a different log ins for all different pages and even when you think your credit card is removed, they are still magically charging you for something.
they have been very helpful so far. When I called their call center it was in america and I could completely understand the person I was speaking to with no issue and there was an option for spanish speakers as well.
