My ResMed Airsense 11 was having problems. It was repeatedly turning off during the night. I called in the problem to the Apria 866 number. They said that I would receive a call back the next day from the Midvale, UT office. I received that call the next morning from Cindy. She was so nice and professional. She set up an appt for me about an hour later. I live very close to the office. During my appt, Cindy tested my machine and worked on it. I should have trusted the reviews here. I went to see my sleep doctor about two weeks ago. I asked them for a new equipment provider for my cpap supplies. This was one of the options. The listed address is very close to where I live so I chose that one. While at my appointment, I saved the number to my contacts to ensure my phone wouldn’t filter the call as spam. I have always had great service from Apria, the ladies at this branch were so nice, got my replacement, made my day.
I had the privilege to work with a young lady named Cindy, newly here in Utah from New Mexico. We got along famously and what I see with Cindy is it’s all about the patient!
