Apria wanted my usage card from my humidifier, but I never was shown where it was. They sent a driver to pick it up, but he came when I had announced I would NEVER BE AT HOME AT THAT TIME, plus there was no phone message. After the run around for several days he finally showed up, but was a new hire, like they all are ...they have to continually replace help...he did not show me where the chip was taken from.
