My husband had a sleep study. It showed OSA with oxygen desaturation of less tha 89%, with the Cpap on, with improvement when oxygen was initiated. The claim filed to Medicare was not complete, or improperly filed by you. It was denied. You took our money due to the required ABN. We asked for an appeal.
