RUN FROM THIS PLACE! They are SCAMMERS. They purposely make their billing hard to understand with very little usable detail on it. Not only were they sending us replacements for equipment they "auto shipped" without our permission and then charging our insurance company a ridiculous amount for it, but they kept billing us for it too. Horrible service, takes 30 days to change to new insurance so pay in the mean time. Poor customer, service hign costs

Great staff and service with my CPAP
Billing department is terrible. Have been trying to get billing issues corrected for over a year. They are in my health plan and they submit a bill and it gets denied saying billing code errors. This has been going on since August 2023 and four claims for 2024. I call the billing department every month when I get the invoice and tell them they are coding it wrong according to my insurance.
