Poor Costomer Service. There Right there to Take your Money, But if there is a Problem Little Help they off Shore a Lot of the Costomer Service.
Extremely unsatisfied with their delivery and tracking of products shipped! No notifications of products shipped.
This company is VERY unprofessional and it is a total SCAM! My husband's wound care doctor order a vacuum sealer for his wound to help close. The product took over two months to arrive, and by that time his wound healed up on its own. I return the equipment the very next day to the Hampton location in which the young lady took the euipment with a nasty rude attitude. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! They are SCAMMERS. They purposely make their billing hard to understand with very little usable detail on it. Not only were they sending us replacements for equipment they "auto shipped" without our permission and then charging our insurance company a ridiculous amount for it, but they kept billing us for it too. You can't even tell which line item is for the machine itself either. Calling customer service is an actual joke.
