Billing department is terrible. Have been trying to get billing issues corrected for over a year. They are in my health plan and they submit a bill and it gets denied saying billing code errors. This has been going on since August 2023 and four claims for 2024. I call the billing department every month when I get the invoice and tell them they are coding it wrong according to my insurance. How many times do I have to pay for the same CPAP machine?! I paid, they send a bill saying I didn't. I call they said, "Oh we see you did." Then two months later, I get another bill saying I didn't pay! There has got to be another reliable company in Hampton Roads. This is utterly ridiculous and irritating. I will be sending them their machine back. I would NOT recommend them EVER!
So frustrated. I have moderate sleep apnea. So my doc put in a referral/prescription for a cpap. They told me it would be mailed and deliver within 3 weeks. I have called multiple times, I have tried to talk to someone but they transfer me consistently with no answer. I don’t want to die in my sleep to sleep apnea but they don’t care if I get my equipment or not.
My premature son came home from the NICU on oxygen and an oxygen monitor and we were set up with this company. Reading the Google reviews and seeing so many others dealing with the same issues I've had with this company, I'm amazed my NICU deals with them at all and my advice to anyone else leaving the NICU is to do everything you can to have your insurance company switch you away from this company.
