The night I was put on oxygen a man from Apria showed up with a concentrator, said "Its easy to figure out." and left. I wore the canula wrong for months! No one ever showed up to do maintenance on the machine or to pick up empty cylinders. My phone calls to the business resulted in many promises but no action. If I had back all the time I have spent waiting for Apria to show up I would easily have a three week vacation. The best advice I can give them to improve their service is DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS.
