Don’t use this company for a cpap machine. They gave me a machine and I have had a horrible experience with it. They automatically started sending replacement parts that wernt needed and billing me for it. I moved to Arizona and the Arizona branch said they can’t help me because they need the California branch to transfer my case. When I called the office and asked for help they just hung up on me. This company does not deserve 1 star. The worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I called 3 times to request a simple itemized statement and I have still not received it. Now it’s too late and I can’t use my flex pay. Frustrating!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Twice, they have delivered my supplies to the wrong address, even though I confirmed the address with them each time. Before that, I informed them that I changed insurance, they tried to charge the old insurance (even though I informed them of the change), and when the old insurance denied the claim, they charged my card full price for the supplies.
