Absolute trash company. Been using them for 10 months now. The CPAP machine itself works great but service is some of the worst. So far in 10 months they have texted asking if I'm ready for new supplies which I said yes to and then don't get any supplies sent which causes me to call and request. And then they sent me the wrong head gear which took several weeks to correct and multiple calls. Next they called claiming my insurance company denied coverage for supplies. Over several years I have had problems with Apria ; but they sure came through today. Courtney, in their Palm Desert office, found a mask which my dr. had ordered but they were initially unable to find. She found one. Then she explained in detail how to adjust the temperature. Several people thought they had shown this to me but I'm hard of hearing and have to go slowly and ask many questions.. She did that and actually did show me how to adjust the temperature. Thank you Courtney and Thank you,Apria.
They are best and very nice professional and know how what they are doing
I had great difficulty understanding the lady at Apria who took my order for a walker. So i took off one star. The gentleman that delivered the walker was wonderful. Very polite. Explained that the walker was adjustable and if I needed any other help to call. Except for the language barrier my experience was excellent.
