I've called several times to get my agreement and bill corrected and several times they have reissued an incorrect bill. The bill keeps showing a previous balance, but as I've explained to the reps, this is my first time doing business with them. The reps quote a correct amount but the agreement they want me to sign is exaggerated. I hate owing businesses but it appears they are not keen on providing accurate accounting. This place supplies medical equipment. On the day I went, it was raining and the sign was not out to call. I went inside after lunch and it seemed empty. I went back out to get my phone to call the number on the board that should have been outside, that's when a male helped me out and I was able to receive my medical equipment.
Very good. Delivery man was very professional and on time.
