The home oxygen machine is great but it's difficult to charge up the tanks to take with me when I'm on the go
This company has been nothing but a hassle. They have attempted several times to deliver my mom’s rollator, but have not been successful. After all this time, she still doesn’t have the equipment she needs. The process has been frustrating and stressful, and I would not recommend using Apria.

My Mom was approved for in-home oxygen with everything approved and this company dropped the ball twice. They were supposed to deliver and they didn’t, then we were going to pick it up ourselves in person and they never called us back to finalize. Just spoke with them and they tried to blame it on a bunch of red tape and questions. We just gave up and are going through someone else. Meanwhile, my mother desperately needs the oxygen. Very upsetting. Do better!
