Apria has the worst accounts payable on the planet. Besides Apria sending me to collections over a collection of their own mistakes (they acknowledged it), paying online is a disaster. I wanted to pay my bill, but not until 2 days before due date. The website allows you to change the date during the process but A) the “change” button is hidden under the “need help” chat button, sideways or vertical; and B) if you can somehow activate the “change” button, it doesn’t actually make the change.
Absolutely no customer service you can call them on the phone and drive there at the same time and the phone will not answer all of these durable medical equipment companies suck signed transplant patient
They wont stop calling me. They are the worst organization
This place is by far the worst health care company to deal with I have been told so many different things they have charged my card multiple random amounts and everytime I call I get a different answer nothing is adding up with them seems like they just want your money and they will keep telling you it goes towards the deductible but from day 1 that's not what I ever agreed too for apria to take all my money causing problems in my household between my spouse and I it has been to much to deal with we are calling every week th... read more
Updated review 2023 - Total nightmare! I've been trying to get a refund for incorrect charges for three months, and the runaround they have given to me and my insurance company is astounding. In September, Apria charged my credit card for over $400 without having provided any services. Once I started inspecting my credit card charges, I realized that they'd been doing this periodically for months, for a total of $596.
