The local branch in Panama City Beach was very helpful and polite. Great customer support.
I have contacted Apria several times reference all the text, voice mails, and emails I have been getting. I was told Apria had not filed my secondary insurance so don’t pay. A week after that conversation I got another message saying my bill was past due. I called again and this time paid the bill I didn’t owe just to shut you up. I just left a rating but I have to say Timothy help me out more then anyone at my offices in Kansas or customer service so I have to recognize the great job he did i have be dealing with the other people since march 10 and got no where but I think now im on the right path with his help thanks again
Worst home health equipment experience ever. Wheelchair wasn’t even going to have the leg extensions; we had to ask for them and don’t work properly after one use. (Family in healthcare and not user error). Very difficult to fold/unfold. When noted patient was in hospital and family had car wreck was told they would not deliver to a hospital and would not deliver to home unless multiple items were ordered.
