I cannot say enough great things about the Panama City location of Apria Healthcare. My mother has required a wheelchair and oxygen (home concentrator, tanks, portable ... you name it). Both Brad and Tim have just been excellent. Whether they are instructing us on how to use the equipment, taking care of deliveries or helping us process orders - they have been so professional, responsive and kind. The local branch in Panama City Beach was very helpful and polite. Great customer support.
I have contacted Apria several times reference all the text, voice mails, and emails I have been getting. I was told Apria had not filed my secondary insurance so don’t pay. A week after that conversation I got another message saying my bill was past due. I called again and this time paid the bill I didn’t owe just to shut you up. I just left a rating but I have to say Timothy help me out more then anyone at my offices in Kansas or customer service so I have to recognize the great job he did i have be dealing with the other people since march 10 and got no where but I think now im on the right path with his help thanks again
