Worst home health equipment experience ever. Wheelchair wasn’t even going to have the leg extensions; we had to ask for them and don’t work properly after one use. (Family in healthcare and not user error). Very difficult to fold/unfold. When noted patient was in hospital and family had car wreck was told they would not deliver to a hospital and would not deliver to home unless multiple items were ordered. We are from Chattanooga and we wanted a few days in Florida and play golf . My oxygen machine needed an air line . These folks were so helpful . Just a great attitude and kind . I wish they could move close to us here in Santa Rosa Beach.

I like to give honest reviews. My experience with Apria was challenging on the phone with people that were not local. With that said, the local office in Panama city Fl is awesome! They got me fitted in my new Bi-pap. Tim is very thorough and made sure I understood as much as possible about my machine. The management there goes above and beyond to try and help. It is very much appreciated! I absolutely recommend Apria because of the people in the local office.
