Well called customer service twice because I cant register for an online acct. Had ZERO help trying to figure out the problem. Both times I spoke with a representative and all bith reps could muster was my order was shipped. I would strongly suggest finding a more reputable supplier. I will definitely return my order and seek out another company
Awful experience. Was invoiced for a Resmed Air sense 11 and received a React Luna G3. But received two replacements filters for the Air sense. Calling them was a nightmare after speaking with three different reps, (two of which were very rude) They all told me I needed to speak with the local respiratory therapist. I got different answers on why I needed the RT for the wrong machine. Finally the local branch called and stated that the airsense was out of stock but once in I could exchange the Luna. I have been on BiPap for Quite a Few Years now. Everytime I have to Reorder Supplies, have Any Issues, or just in General have Communications with Apria Staff, the Service is Next to Perfect! *Never 100% in Reality and Factuality* Whatever the Cause, Whoever the Agent, Wherever the State or Call Center, and However the Need may be, I have had Very Little Problems!
