The Corpus Christi, TX branch provides terrible service. They only deliver oxygen every 8weeks now for long term use patients. It’s been hit and miss about going to their branch to pickup and swap tanks. I make arrangements well in advance only to show up at appointed time and be told “we didn’t know you were coming”.
This company is hands down the worst company I have dealt with. And literally told me that if I die because they won’t figure out an insurance issue it’s not their fault because I’m not in their system yet. I have insurance they take. And am willing to pay my copay, but they want to wait weeks for approval when I need an osa mask immediately. I will make it my life goal to make sure this company is shut down. God knows how many people you have killed due to your negligence
I have been kept waiting for over a month for pulse ox probes (for a BABY) - more than once. We have new insurance. I have called and told them it has changed 4 separate times, they’re still trying to bill the old insurance. Don’t understand how they can bill the new insurance for all this rental equipment but they can’t update the insurance for probes so we can USE the machine we’re renting. This is the worst company ever to deal with, after not receiving my order or getting any calls for weeks I called in and was transferred 4 times. I would be transferred back to each department I just spoke with, reps are clueless and did not care to help. Tell your doctor you do not want to deal with this lousy company. Their review ratings says it all.
Worst company in the world. Do whatever you can to avoid dealing with them. They are fraudulent thieves with the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
This is a hugely bureaucratic agency that not only gives terrible customer service but does not do the services for which it charges you. I was referred by my doctor's office to rent a CPAP machine from them and that results would be sent to my doctor as well as my insurance company to help develop a treatment plan for my sleep disorder. I have discovered that Apria has been fraudulently billing for a CPAP humidifier. I have never had a humidifier. The paperwork I have, Rental Agreement, clearly shows the humidifier was deleted. I have tried on several occasions, as has my insurance provider (HMSA) to get this corrected, but to no avail. Furthermore, every time I have called, I have been given different stories that turn out to be lies. I was told that in March of 2015, the humidifier was deleted from my account.
