I was on the phone for an hour ad a half, mostly on hold, Trying to get information on services provided, but did not get much help after wasting all that time. Will look into finding another provider that will help me find the equipment that I require..

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
