The first time Apria made a delivery for my Mother it was a Hospital bed WITHOUT side ails that she ultimately slid out of... The second time was a suction machine delivered with an end to be used in an automautomobile not an electrical outoutlet. From personal experience, I find thetheir services to be INEPT!
