Dear Apria: Thank you so much for all your customer care and concern. Calling a 79 year old woman who is hard of hearing and bullying her into paying an invoice that is clearly dated as due 9/10/14 is unacceptable and in-excusable. Particularly after she clearly explained to you that she could not understand the person who was calling or the supervisor that individual put on the phone to pressure and force her to pay right then.
