This office and Apria company are abysmal at customer service and are blatantly dishonest with patients. I’ve had to call them three or four times to pick up my CPAP equipment, but no one has ever called me back or picked it up. Finally, I went to the Rancho Cucamonga office, where they informed me that I didn’t have a return that belonged to me. I hadn’t even used it since last January 2025. During my call to make the order for my device, I was told I could show up anytime within business hours to pick it up. Three weeks later when I showed up to pick it up I saw a sign stating "By Appointment Only" with a phone# to call upon arrival. I called the number and the person who answered asked for my name and time of my appointment. I told him I didn't have an appointment and noticed he sounded displeased.
