My 85 year old mother was discharged From Upland rehab on Sunday January 11th, We were told her DME equipment, which is much needed would be here the following morning. It is now Tuesday night, January 13th , And we still don’t have any DME. I called the office today and was told that it would be here by 6 o’clock tonight. Returned a sleep apnea machine in person directly into their hands. Was still charged almost $300. Almost a month later and a ridiculous amount of calls needing to be made, they still have not issued a refund and are extremely difficult to work with. Hard to get in contact with, when we can get ahold of them they brush us off and say they'll call back or to call later. They were quick to take my money but impossible to get a refund
I recently was put on oxigen , and the Apria staff was very helpful managing the all process very professional, I’m very grateful to have their services !
