Zero -2-none :! ZERO! ZERO. I'M GOING 2 INFORM MY INSURANCE TO TAKE U GUYS OUT OF THEIR NETWORK. THESE PEOPLE GAVE ME NO HELP AT ALL. TO SUM IT ALL UP THEY STINK AT BEING A BUSINESS OR EVEN BEING IN BUSINESS.
Apria Healthcare has been my supplier of all my oxygen and oxygen needs for the last 3 years or so. Anytime I had an issue they were usually here on the same day to help fix it. When my oxygen level changed they came and brought me a new unit the next morning after I had seen the doctor with the new prescription. All of the service technicians are very knowledgeable, polite, and take their time with you. The customer service is probably one of the best that I've ever worked with.
