Terrible customer service. Given wrong information several times. I just got my sset up and received a full face mask. Which made it impossible for me to breathe. Got scolded like I was a 6 year old when I called in, to request a smaller but full face mask. My friend is a director of a Hospital sleep lab and she recommended a specific model. The billing department is outsourced and extremely unhelpful. My previous insurance essentially paid off my CPAP and I just got billed over 200 dollars for out of pocket rental fees. Calling and finding information is a mess. Quick to bill every month but not as quick to answer questions honestly.
Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Service is excellent 👍
