The billing department is outsourced and extremely unhelpful. My previous insurance essentially paid off my CPAP and I just got billed over 200 dollars for out of pocket rental fees. Calling and finding information is a mess. Quick to bill every month but not as quick to answer questions honestly.
Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Service is excellent 👍
