The worst experience. Would give no stars if possible. It took Apria a week of "internal review" to "approve" my equipment that was already approved by my insurance provider. The customer service staff was totally indifferent and condescending, bordering hostile. Once approved, they said it would take several days to ship to me, but that i could pick up today at their warehouse. Unfortunately that i not an option as i am totally immobile. Took a long time to get oximeter delivery. Over two hours waiting for call back. Pathetic customer service
This company is a fraud and big scam. Please avoid at all cost. First of all they took 2 years to get my bipap machine, every time I talked to them they said they are waiting for confirmation. They will start charging me a monthly fee and not try to resolve my issue with the mask or bi pap. They also don’t take any accountability for their mishaps. Your sleep clinic will offer other solutions for a machine and are fully aware of this company but they are likely stuck in contract with them
