This company is a fraud and big scam. Please avoid at all cost. First of all they took 2 years to get my bipap machine, every time I talked to them they said they are waiting for confirmation. They will start charging me a monthly fee and not try to resolve my issue with the mask or bi pap. They also don’t take any accountability for their mishaps. Your sleep clinic will offer other solutions for a machine and are fully aware of this company but they are likely stuck in contract with them
Had a call with the receptionist today to check if they got the doctor’s referral. The receptionist was extremely rude from the get go. She wouldn’t listen to my concerns whatsoever. While i understand that customer facing jobs aren’t easy, it’d be good to have someone who is respectful, empathetic and patient. I would never choose this vendor and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone either.

WORST customer service. Apria does not bill MediCare, and keeps demanding my credit card . I've called the Philippines call center, which is a joke - roosters in the background - its not an office, its a sham that takes up hours of my time with no suggestions, solutions or help in any way.
