The lady on the phone was very, very helpful with the setup and a couple of other questions I had.
After being discharged from the hospital, April was assigned to continue my health care at home. I am very happy with the arrangement. My nurse made his first weekly visit to take all my vitals and go over my meds. He reassured me that whatever I needed, he was just a phone call away.
Can’t talk to a person!!! No one will help- been dealing with this BS for 20 frikin years!! Always it’s call this number- on hold for forever, no help and the line cuts off and hangs up on you. Why is this the only option!! Where’s the option to work with a damn human being!! All I need is to put the right size in the computer 🤦♀️🤮
Representative was very helpful, friendly and courteous.
