This is onr of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It is extremely difficult to ever talk to anyone. When you do get a chance to talk to someone they are rude and abrupt on the phone. When you ask a very simple question that only requires a yes or know they just start talking and don't answer the question. I strongly recommend that you find another company. If i could have given them a negative rating I would have done that!

The most useless company I wish I could go to someone else. They either ship the wrong stuff or don’t ship at all or when you place the order they say you need to show you’re being compliant we can’t send out your supplies. I show that I’m complying and then the supplies don’t show up. You literally have to hound them to get them sent out to you. And when they do send it it’s the wrong stuff. May wife has\n Surgery on Thursday at Kaiser Sacramento, we live in Newman, California. The walkers were supposed to be delivered the day before we attempted to call the office several times and were told that it was on its way to be there in 2 hours. We had to leave our home to go to Sacramento.
