UPDATE 9/22/2025: I finally received a piece-meal order for my supplies. The local branch GM also tried to help out with a personal call. I still find the organization sadly lacking. Only after talking to the 10th (maybe more?) person about equipment availability was I told that the manufacturer was discontinuing the mask I've been using at end of the year, and lack of availability has become an issue. (Shouldn't I have been offered the manufacturer's new model? Shouldn't all the others have KNOWN about the discontinuation? ... read more
Don't order from Apria Healthcare if you need your CPAP supplies anytime soon. They've ALWAYS been great in the past, but something bad has happened with inventory management in the arm of Apria that accepts insurance payment. I placed an order for CPAP mask with headgear in July, and I am now being told that it will not be available until October 15, or maybe November or December. Apria said that I could order from Apria Direct (which won't accept insurance-I'd have to pay out of pocket) and get the mask right away. BTW, Re... read more

Great customer service, the representative went over everything that I needed as accessories for my sleep apnea machine. The package with everything arrived about 10 days later.
Staff was helpful and very easy to order supplies for my CPAP.
