I worked at the regional office in Cary, NC for a year. Loved helping people make insurance pay for equipment and meds.talked to secretaries at doc's offices and schooled them in proper medical codes so insurance would pay. Sometimes I spoke with the doctors to make them aware they're insurance people needed educated enough to open a coding manual!!! The experience was first class with the assistant being knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant.
Some of the worst customer service. They do not listen .... are not helpful and wotn stop the messaging.
