I have been getting my Cpap supplies from Apria for over a year now. The Newark branch gets 5 stars from me. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Now for the bad part, if I had to deal with the outside operators that answer the phone when I call, I would be looking for a different supplier. They are very hard to understand (poor English) and not helpful at all. Fortunately I am not far from the Newark branch and am able to just stop in when needed. Arrived at office late due to building being behind lots of other industrial buildings. Was sick with bronchitis. Representative was very non caring and asked me why my lips were so dry with obvious disgust. She fitted me with the biggest mask they had When I contacted the company they changed my mask. Then when I saw her again because I couldn't remember much of what was said the first time ( as I was sick)she was upset I had changed masks & treated me like a disobedient child.

Have been dealing with Apria for well over a year, and to date have not been able to receive an invoice to pay for the CPAP machine, which has been in my possession for some time. I continue to have telephone calls, and visits to my home to pick up the machine. Medicare and Apria are a joke as far as receiving services, so I merely wished to purchase the machine, and be done with it, period. They should change the customer service line to "Lack of Service Department. A one star rating is the lowest I could select. A no star ... read more
