The worse company ever to deal with. ON hold for at least 45mins. I have been trying to get a CPAC Machine replacement part since July of 2015 and its now September, there are so many different departments to get thru and still I do not have a replacement part or usable CPAC machine for my 89yr old mother with sleep apnea. I have talked to at least 5 customer service people and a supervisor who sound like I was interrupting her lunch and I just hung up and I am looking for a Medical Supply Company with GOOD customer service ... read more
Tried to order oxygen. waited 1/2 hr on phone got disconnected twice. Finally got thru and told I had to take bottles to branch to get filled. Sure would hate to be confined to a bed. Bad attitudes, could care less.
