They continue to send supplies, never the correct ones. What they bill me never matches what EOB from insurance says (always more). Prices are hiked up substantially (as high as 300% on some items!). Have ongoing dialogue, although I have yet to get a primary English speaker on the phone, so quite difficult to understand. 1 star as the customer service reps are always nice and profusely apologetic, but do not seem to possess any ability to help. They made an appointment to come to my house to switch out equipment over 2 weeks ago and never showed up and don't return my calls!! I have 2 insurances so anything is covered in full!! I have lung cancer and I even though I have those awful tanks to drag around should I go out but my doctor ordered a small personal device and I can't seem to get them to do their job!!! Terrible customer service!! They finally came out and took care of me and did a great job!!
