Friendly staff. Competent and super helpful.
Terrible customer service, website is awful. Order placed August 19, no confirmation, so I called back on August 30, no record of my order. I had my PCP re-fax the orders and insurance information. By September 18, I had a request for a co-payment, but I was unable to log in to Pay.apria, nor could I pay by phone. No one could find my order by my ID number ASV491.
