Overall been do well with CPAP machine
The quality of the medical equipment received was excellent. The delivery of the equipment was excellent. The people on the phone, however, were difficult to understand. And the process was convoluted. I do not know the process for a provider ordering medical equipment. But I received a phone call from Apria about receiving a walker. I asked about the commode, and she said she didn't have a request for that. She said it would probably arrive soon. As soon as we hung up, I received a call from a man regarding the commode!
