Terrible customer service, they do not listen to the customer, I asked them to Not send to me, they did. then I required assistance and they were No help whatsoever with replacing a mask, the phone answering service is a joke, got disconnected so many times, then I wanted nothing to do with them and asked to return unused equipment which they accepted, so I returned next morning and then they show up at my house to pick already equipment, and they still want to charge me and keep calling.

1. Was told walker would be delivered within 48 hours of discharge and at the front door of my dads apartment. We are on day 3 ( ok I get it 1 day late on June 2) 2. I'm so upset with the incompetence of this company. It's been a nightmare. Most recent issue is they delivered an empty 02 tank now my husband has no oxygen and he is suffering. Supervisor called back just to tell me that dispatch will call me and to wait for the call. Previously I've asked for delivery of 2 tanks but only get 1 because the driver didn't have 2.
