Had some billing issues that were frustrating to get resolved but they resolved them.
Their delivery services and customer service is non sense. Unreliable. They feed you inaccurate info. Use delivery services at your own risk.
Super fast drive up pickup service and they are all helpfull and very polite
Here at the Sacramento office their employees are incompetent and rude. If you can go some where else. I have a bi-pap machine that is malfunctioning and they are refusing to exchange. It's still under warranty. Ashly is trying to tell me it's my fault and treating me like I'm stupid. They refuse to talk the tech at the sleep clinic. The tech was able to tap into my machine remotely and found that in fact it is malfunctioning. This is another review wishing it could be zero stars. I've had an Apria sleep apnea machine for nearly a year. I've never been able to actually speak with anyone at the Sacramento location. I received a mask that didn't work out, after trying the national number for help, where they said they'd have to ask the local office to call me to set up an appointment for a mask fitting, I gave up (because they never called) and paid out of pocket for a second mask.
