I would put zero stars if possible My mother in law is on oxygen after 2 weeks in the hospital. Her oxygen concentrator stopped working so she called because for her this is a medical necessity, they told her someone would be there within 4 hours, at 9:30 that evening (yesterday 1/17/2026) she called again they told her someone would be there by midnight. If you are suicidal and have PTSD ask your healthcare provider to change DME providers. Apria Respiratory Therapist were great. Apria as a company is terrible. Sends you equipment without verifying what you actually need. God forbid they send you equipment that has a 30 day window of trial when you aren’t home for 4-5 weeks. The phone tag between Apria, Anthem Blue Cross, and PCP has actually destroy any form of coping/stress tolerance I had and I have decided dying is easier than staying alive with a cpap machine. Stay away from this place....
My delivery was supposed to be here by 3 pm as I had to ask for help to lift my mom out of the bed to change to a different bed the doctors ordered. I took off work at 3 to be here. My help finally had to leave and it’s 8pm and still no electric hospital bed. What a joke.
Staff is discourteous and confrontational, for no apparent reason. Will not go back.
