Good company to deal with. Delivery was fast , person was knowledgeable. I mentioned wanting the booklet that came with the wheelchair. He told me he would have the appropriate person in the office send it. I never received a book..
Do not trust this company with your business. Google their history and legal problems. This company told me if you switch insurance they start rebillibg with giving bo past credit. When asked for a buyout on the machine they eliminate deductible payments that were not paid by INSURANCE. This is unethical!!!! This is not a reputable durable medical equipment company. Extremely frustrating experience with Apria Healthcare. Despite notifying them well in advance about international travel and a medical procedure that would affect CPAP compliance, I was told repeatedly that it would not be an issue. Later, they reversed that position and insisted I needed a new compliance period—only to later deny that was even possible. Even worse, they promised to submit a claim to my insurance but never did.
