Extremely frustrating experience with Apria Healthcare. Despite notifying them well in advance about international travel and a medical procedure that would affect CPAP compliance, I was told repeatedly that it would not be an issue. Later, they reversed that position and insisted I needed a new compliance period—only to later deny that was even possible. Even worse, they promised to submit a claim to my insurance but never did. Ordering was fast and easy and they are very helpful
A bit slow but I got everything I needed.
Apria was great in my dealing with them. I had my referral and was diagnosed with SA and was provided my CPAP by mail very quickly. Easy set up with instructions that were provided!
