I was set up for my CPAP machine at Apria. I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. I was able to ask questions and get great answers that actually helped me. When calling the office my concerns were taken care of promptly. Apparently, they are under new management for the past year and have made many changes. Previous reviews were under the old management from my understanding. I recommend Apria for your CPAP and Oxygen needs.
If I could give a lower review I would! Check your equipment delivered before you sign , it wont all be there. I recieved multiple empty tanks and was called a liar. I told them I was gonna report them for not delivering the supplies my kid needs and they made a spiteful false report on me to social services for a dirty home when they had never even been in my home! And it's hell leaving their company DO NOT USE APRIA IN SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI
Received the incorrect reservoir and filters
Hitting you hand with a hammer is less painful than dealing with Apria. Returned all equipment. List is too long to post. Wonder if I'll get a "please contact customer service blah, blah, blah"! Thats the number one problem. 12-month update from above post. Was sent to collections to top it all off. Could prove payment, tried to dispute with no luck. Please do NOT use this company.
Easy enough to get a hold of.. BUT WAY too long in receiving the products ordered... still have not received them as of yet..
