I had the breakfast special Pork chop, two fried eggs, potatoes and salsa and it was awesome. One head's up, if you like your eggs "runny" then you need to be sure to tell the server or your eggs will be cooked through, not overcooked at all, just cooked through. So head's up on that one. The pork chop had obviously been brined to give it that nice moist quality, and everything was cooked in a most excellent style.
