I have been seeing Dr. Kurt Youngberg since 2019 and has helped me work through some tremendously emotional and taxing events in my professional and family life and helped me find positive life changing transformation. I had the rare opportunity to take an excursion with Apraxis Center Excursions to Peru. I was introduced to this center by a good friend of mine, and do have to say I was apprehensive about going on a wellness retreat.
