In looking for some HVAC supplies we found apr to be our closest option. As first time homeowners knowing literally only what we've learned about our own furnace, we went in blind with lots of questions, got our answers, went home and made the plan. Upon returning to get our duct board etc. They were very patiently helping an older lady make decisions and also helped us us very kindly and informative on pricing and best options at best cost to us. I have visited the Chambersburg location a few times and received professional and courteous service from the guys at the counter. To help make my purchases easier, I requested an account, but apparently it was declined. I'll have to continue to make multiple trips in order to do business with this company by having to go in to place an order then having to return a day or two later to pick it up.
Needed a capacitor for my AC unit. The guys behind the counter were super friendly, and they had it in stock.
Their costumer service sucks
Went in to get a bib for a water heater being tired at the end of the day and not being really quick with what I needed or the exact name I felt like I was something on the bottom of his shoe guess you folks don’t need or want my business!
