Rented a house for almost 2 years from apr return the house well enough to pass a military inspection they refuse to give back my 4000 deposit went to court won in small claims still waiting for them to return my money horrible customer service un honest people and crooked company will update this review when they give me what's rightfully mine do not recommend renting from them
Renters! I hope you’re all having a great day. I rented from this agency for a little for a year. The staff was quick to get me into the nightmare I would begin to rent. I along with another roommate paid a deposit of 2000 along with a 1000+ pet deposit. There was 0 missed rent payments. The house wasn’t in the best condition and it seemed to be leaning to one side. Does not care AT ALL and is illegal affff
I rent from this company and they have been great so far with anything I have asked or had concerns with
This place is a rip off they literally will try to find any and every tiny little thing to get as much money out of you as they can when you leave . I gave a 30 day notice to move and they tried to make me pay another months rent plus said I owed 75 late fee for every month I lived there but I never heard anything about any 75 late fee up to that point . Don’t rent from these people they will do any and everything to keep your money and blame you for any repair to the place .
