Miserable experience - rude, arrogant, and ignorant Ordered two items from them - cylinder head set (with COMPLETE gasket set) and timing chain set. In the head set, two items were missing - head gasket (!!!) and studs. In the chain set, both guides were wrong size - one mounting holes did not fit, the other - was too extended so the chain could not reach cam gear. Had to call multiple times, was consistently told that it "could not be", finally the mailed replacement. Over a week later, received one guide and a head gasket ... read more
Poorly organized, at the moment - four screw ups in two steps Ordered two items - one was missing two pieces, one - essential, second did not fit at all. Two weeks and countless hours on the phone, and all I got was "sit and wait - we are not going to take c@!p from you." No kidding.
