I've been Stage 2 for about 20k miles now and I absolutely love my car. APR has been super helpful with everything I've put into my car and the issues I've had have been resolved quickly and easily. I can't wait to put more into my car with their help.
Did a complete package of a stage 2+ engine/dsg software and in 1 month the car started to rattle and sputter at high rpm, changed basically everything, coils, plugs, turbo etc and in the end it was the same... it has been a year and problems still happened so i ended up hating my car so much that was ready to sell it... post sale support is not really good.. it was supposed to be "my car fault". Did a custom tune and i could race the car 3 hours non stop.... I ended burning huge money for something that never worked :(

Customer support didn't seem interested in helping me out. They have ignored two of my emails with questions about their products. After an issue with my local APR dealer, they promised to rectify an issue and I haven't heard from them since. Great products, sub-par customer service, and very questionable ethics. Be wary when dealing with this company.
I have a Passat stage 2 and am very happy with its capacity.
