Trying to get someone to answer the phone is ridiculous, don’t even try. Says line is busy no matter what time you call. I waited two hours until I was finally seen
My husband was seen yesterday at this office and was sent home with a prescription for pseudoephedrine and not much explanation was given to why his neck was swollen and why he was in extreme pain. His symptoms got worse and I I called this morning, no answer, I left a detailed message. No return phone call. I took him to the emergency room and he had an abscess inside his throat, closing his airway. He had to have an emergency tracheotomy and now is in the ICU. How was this missed??
