This place must be under new management given the previous reviews here. My recent mortgage experience could not have been better! I've purchased 5 homes in my life, and Carmen Hanagriff is the best loan officer I've ever worked with. It's actually not even close. Very attuned to markets, Feds, and even had me inspired to watch 10yr Tbill rates. Took 6 weeks to get back to me about subordination documents. Then denied them. It completely held up my loan. Wish I could give 0 stars. Will never do business with them again and filing a complaint with the BBB.
I was on hold twice today trying to get information about their Heloc Loans. First time this morning, I chose to have a call back after holding 30 minutes. I have not yet to received a return call. It's 4:45 pm and I have once again been on hold for over 30 minutes. I'm hanging up and taking them off of my list. Why would I want to do any banking or loan business with an establishment I can not reach. HORRIBLE customer service.
